Geoff Chick & Associates

If there is one place I'd want to live based on name alone, it's WaterColor, Florida. And to know there are homes like this there?! Heaven! The incredible home was designed by Geoff Chick & Associates (the same architect who was responsible for that amazing home I shared on Monday). The kitchen is fabulous...love the cabinetry, shimmery tile, and blue island! Did you notice that niche in the stairway?? The homeowner is using it to display their wonderful collection of beach sand from all over the world. You can't really tell, but the back of the niche is covered in antique nautical map wallpaper. Such a great idea! You can check out more photos of the home taken by Jack Gardner over at Geof Chick's blog Gulf Coast Cottages! And for lots more design eye candy, just visit his website!

Have a safe and super-fun Labor Day weekend everyone!!! See you back here Tuesday! :)

Teresa Wiwchar

With the boho-chic vibe of this beach home, you wouldn't immediately place it on Lake Erie in Southwestern Ontario! But that's exactly the feel Teresa Wiwchar wanted for her family's weekend getaway cabin, with plenty of fun and color to go around! I love that she used a white painted picnic table for her dining table–can't get more casual than that! Plus the white is the perfect canvas for colorful linens and dinnerware! The bedroom is my favorite here. I love the contrasting window coverings, artwork and mismatched bedside table lamps! You can see more great photos by Angus Fergusson and tour the rest of the home at StyleAtHome!

And if you're ever in Toronto, don't miss Teresa's decor shop Châtelet, it looks super cute!

Studio Sarah Willmer Architecture

As much as I always love a white kitchen, I also love a kitchen filled with brave color! And not just one, but two colors!! The homeowners worked with Studio Sarah Willmer Architecture out of San Francisco to put an addition onto their home, keeping with the original character while infusing the space with a modern vibe. Not only do I love the different colors, I love the combination of open shelving and closed cabinets. The ceiling is great too! All in all, the look is very clean and modern, but still has a warmth to it. I just love it! See more photos of the home taken by Sharon Risedorph right here!

Paint Info: Benjamin Moore Stratton Blue (HC-142) for the upper cabinets and Benjamin Moore Pale Avocado (2146-40) for the lower cabinets.

Heloísa Malaga

A room where time stands still?! Interior designer Heloísa Malaga achieved the impossible with this captivating bathroom from her home in Marbella, a city located next to the Mediterranean Sea on the southern tip of Spain. With all of the beautiful antiques and reclaimed pieces filling the space, you'd never know the room was actually new construction. I especially love the old trader's desk turned into a vanity. And the dreamy blue walls, obviously! Visit Nuevo Estilo to tour the rest of the amazing home!

Geoff Chick & Associates

There are some homes that I feel I couldn't even come up with in my dreams, they're that perfect for me. This is one of them. Designed by Santa Rosa Beach, Florida architect Geoff Chick, this WaterSound Beaches home photographed by Jack Gardner is filled with everything I love. Beautiful wood floors, white walls, and pops of color in all the right places! It's the all extra touches though that left me breathless...the turquoise shingles, blue subway tile to the ceiling, windows galore, and fabulous architectural details throughout! It's almost like the cutest farmhouse ever got together with the perfect beach home. Ahhhh I love it!!!

EA Interior Designs

Imagine: You and 31 of your closest friends and family, staying together in this amazing (and huge!) oceanfront beach house in Virgina Beach! The 12 bedroom, 13 1/2 bathroom home was designed by Emily Sheipe of EA Interior Designs out of Chesapeake, Virginia. She chose a lovely shade of turquoise (Benjamin Moore's Palladian Blue...anyone guess that right??) to bring the sea inside, and filled the home with comfortable and durable furnishings perfectly suited for big family gatherings. I can't even imagine the coordination required for designing a home that big, but she sure did a great job!! If you're looking for a rental that sleeps 32 people (well 31, since I'll probably have to join you!), visit the real-estate site here. And to read all about the home and see more pics, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, just head on over to Emily's blog here!

It's time now to announce the winner of the Junk Bonzana VIP tickets!!
