Ahearn Architecture

I love when photos can take you away for a few minutes! This absolutely gorgeous home in Martha's Vineyard designed by architect Patrick Ahearn certainly did that for me. Gauthier-Stacy out of Boston was responsible for the detailed, dreamy interiors. The master bedroom with its cozy fireplace, high ceilings, gorgeous bath, and private deck is just incredible! Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club

Seems like I'm usually sharing hotels more off the beaten path, but today's feature is in Florida at the newly renovated Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club. Located on Tampa Bay near St. Pete Beach, the 86-year-old resort recently revealed a renovation of their gorgeous lobby. The architecture and interior design firm Leo A Daly used shades of turquoise to give the historic Mediterranean Revival architecture a fresh, modern design. How fab are all of the chairs?! I especially love the ones with the turquoise backs! Such cool rugs too! You can read all about the resort and see more images right here!

Her vibrant home above photographed by Tanya Malott translates to where she is in life right now: fearless, carefree and happy. So much cheery color, I love it! With the idea that you can improve your life with good design, and that good design should be available to everybody, at any budget, Jill started a blog called Live.Like.You. in addition to a (really cool) online store. You know it's going to be a good day when your morning begins in the Hamptons! This dreamy Southampton haven designed by Ali Schwarz out of Redding, Connecticut has that light and airy feeling we all love so much. The introduction of blue on the accessories, bookshelves, ceilings, furniture, kitchen island, window shades and bedroom wall is just the icing on the cake! Amazing Spaces LLC

I could stare at these images all day, they're just so "me"! The light-filled kitchen was designed by Jason Landau of Amazing Spaces LLC, a Westchester, New York company specializing in custom kitchen design, interior space planning, and custom cabinetry. Pretty sure this family got exactly what they wanted...a kitchen that is as fun as it is functional! I love the easy breezy vibe with pops of color! Fawn Galli Interior Design

I know these images have been floating around the blogosphere like crazy, but they deserve a special place here too! Interior designer Fawn Galli used a kaleidoscope of color when designing this Greenwich Village apartment for a fashion-forward New York photographer. The owner wanted a fairy-tale feel with strong turquoise and fuchsia accents throughout. Don't you adore those tufted dining chairs?? A perfect burst of color for the gorgeous white kitchen!
