I love the fun and fresh colors in this bedroom designed by Eric Ross. He designed it for a 5 year-old girl, but I definitely think it's a space that she'll continue to love for a long time! I especially love the mix-in-match bedding and that great chair! And that green fabric is fantastic!

Fresh from Nantucket

Dream home alert! This gorgeous Nantucket home was designed by Brooks & Falotico and Lynn Morgan Design, and was featured in Connecticut Cottages and Gardens. Like me, the wife's favorite color is turquoise, so the color was used liberally throughout the home. We should all be so lucky! And talk about lucky, that Egyptian hand-blown glass chandelier like the one in Sarah Jessica Parker's Hamptons home. What a stunner!

Here's a little taste of the portfolio of Jmac & Kennedy Interiors out of Fairfield, CT. These rooms are all so tranquil and dreamy, just what I love in a bedroom and bathroom! Can I tell you how much I love the last image of the vanity area?? My dream is to have a space like that to sit and apply my makeup or curl my hair. Look at all those drawers! And I love the little window seat. Perfect to have a nice conversation while getting ready!

Beautiful Bedroom

I love this image designer Tobi Fairley shared on her blog. The bedroom is actually from the same home Tobi designed that was featured on the cover of the House Beautiful blue issue. That headboard is fabulous! And the matching bedding and wallpaper? Normally that might be too much for me, but the color and print is so great I really dig the look. I especially love those white scalloped pillows with the aqua trim! So cute!

Speaking of Tobi Fairley, I just finished listening to her chat with the women of The Skirted Roundtable. My that hour went by quickly! Tobi is such an inspirational businesswoman, designer, and blogger! Check out the podcast here!

Whistle While You Work

I love this kitchen. LOVE IT. Top 5 for sure. The happy space belongs to Jen Johner of the blog The Little Things. She just finished painting it and I think it looks amazing. The new color brings such life to the space! I especially love it with the island she painted, and the pops of yellow. What a cheery space! Pretty much the entire time I was putting this post together, I had the Jim White song "Turquoise House" stuck in my head. (Wish I knew a way of having it automatically play while you scroll down the homes...that would make this much more fun.) I know so many of you love turquoise as much as I do...so I'm dying to know if the outside of your house features our favorite color?? If not, would you ever consider painting it, even just part of it, turquoise?

Blissful Bohemia

If this feminine bedroom doesn't scream "Erin", nothing does! The bright, cheery florals, the hot pink mixed with the turquoise, the white background...LOVE it all! How completely blissful would it be to have french doors opening up to a garden?! HomeShoppingSpy spotted these images from the new Bohemia collection from Bhs. Probably a good thing they are out of the UK or my wallet would be empty! I know PB Teen has a cute capiz chandelier similar to that though...uh oh!
