Perched above Lake Michigan, this amazing beach home designed by Visbeen Architects out of Grand Rapids with interiors by Benchmark Wood Studio, takes complete advantage of its jaw-dropping views! From the built-in bench (and amazing view!) in the entry, to the fun game room and bar on the lower level, I just love it all! I could get lost in the beachy color palette (hello there, turquoise home office!) and great design details in every single room. Did I mention the view?! Brende Home (plus giveaway winner AND special coupon!)

My favorite kitchens list just got a little bit longer! Interior designer Jessica Brende transformed a 1950's Malibu kitchen from a drab, linoleum-clad space into a breezy, beautiful dream kitchen! The homeowner actually grew up in this ranch-style house, but her parents sold it long ago. Eventually she was fortunate enough to buy it back, and give it a facelift. (I dream of doing that!) The color scheme was inspired by the gorgeous ocean-hued backsplash from Walker Zanger, which looks amazing with the cabinets! Jessica actually kept the existing cabinetry, just freshened them up with the perfect custom paint color. Sita Montgomery Interiors

Sita Montgomery has one of the most welcoming, beautiful homes! We toured her previous Utah home here a couple years ago (time flies!) and it's fun to see the similarities to her new one. I love how open and bright this one feels, with so much great natural light! The subtle pops of color on the neutral background and the mix and match of patterns is just so pretty too! Sometimes we don't even need to go inside a house to be blown away! This incredible country manor in Northern Italy was designed by Florentine architect Michele Bonan, and believe it or not, was originally an 18th-century spinning mill. I can't decide what I love more...those shutters or the terrace with the gorgeous turquoise furniture! Renée Gaddis Interiors

This Naples, Florida cottage designed by Renée Gaddis Interiors is coastal casual at its finest, and I wish it were mine! I cannot get enough of the layers of texture and beachy colors, not to mention great accessories everywhere. It all feels so cozy and comfy! The bedroom with the four-poster bed is is especially dreamy! And how about the laid-back guest house in the last two pics? I'd be more than happy just to live there!
