Ooh turquoise and pink, you always make my heart so happy!! Can I tell you how much I love this room designed by Annie Selke?! I get such a cozy, intimate vibe from the space...I just want to grab that throw and curl up on the velvet sofa! And how about that amazing ottoman?! Not only is is drop dead gorgeous, but I love that its huge size allows for plenty of extra seating. You can read more about the space right here!

I know so many of you are big fans of Dash & Albert rugs and Pine Cone Hill bedding and linens! I know I am...seriously, what's not to love!? Cardea Building Co.

This fantastic classic Victorian home was down-to-the-studs renovated by Cardea Building Co.–a general construction firm specializing in high-end residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. They worked closely with the homeowners to select, design and detail all the interior finishes too. So many things I would choose for myself here like the Carrera marble, Ann Sacks tile and beautiful flooring. Of course I'm downright giddy over all the fun punches of color in the decor too! I really love the clean lines on all the furnishings too, and all the great art! What a great space....and you can see more of it right on over here!

Anyone willing to move to Galveston, Texas to live in this fab-u-lous beach house?!? Thanks to A-M and her realestalking skills, one of us could call this gem home! Not only does the it boast huge porches overlooking the beach, an open and airy great room and kitchen, French doors running the length of the side porch...but also beautiful paint colors inside AND out! (I wish I knew what all of them were!) In addition to 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, there's even an elevator! What more could you want??? Maybe a million buckaroos to pay for it? Together with her husband Brad, they have spent the last 5 weeks tirelessly working on their Jacksonville, Florida sunroom and documenting all of their DIY projects and construction phases on her incredibly inspiring blog. Maya Williams Design

So much inspiration, so much beauty, I can hardly stand it! Southern California designer Maya Williams created the breathtaking teenage girl's room at this years Pasadena Showcase House of Design. The design objective of the room was to evoke equal parts softness and strength, to whisk a young girl into a place of confidence where she is surrounded by happy whimsy. The details here are amazing. Luxurious fabric, stunning color, pretty pattern...the room truly is the perfect place to relax, hang out with friends or to dream in! Head on here to see more!
