Is this property not one heck of a dream?!? Located 35 miles south of Boston in Duxbury, Massachusetts, the waterfront home is awash in a calming sand and sea color palette with a jaw-dropping view to go along with it! The spacious bedrooms are beautiful hideaways...but I can't imagine staying inside with outdoor areas like that! Oh the other half! My country-loving Iowa roots are in love with this home! Corynne Pless, a talented photographer and artist out of Athens, Georgia beautifully captured this wonderfully eclectic farmhouse in Birmingham. The colorful and rustic kitchen is my absolute favorite–those walls and yellow appliances are out of this world! The living room is pretty incredible too...I can only imagine how lovely it is with the garage door wide open, breeze flowing and the noises of the country streaming in!
