Eric Roseff Designs

Happy Friday! If there's one thing I can never resist, it's a home on Nantucket! Boston-based Eric Roseff Designs was inspired by the soft colors and open spaces of the island when designing this beautiful home.  I adore the sand and sea color palette used throughout. It gives the home such a calm, serene vibe! Love the nod to the beach with all the chic accessories and artwork too! Oh and the view...did you see the peek out the bedroom?! Oh how I love Nantucket! RTG Construction

You'd never see a house like this here in Minnesota! Florida, on the other hand, it fits right in! Located in Delray Beach, the home built by RTG Construction and photographed by Andy Frame has such an airy, breezy vibe thanks to the serene blue and white color palette. There's no doubt the beach is nearby! Love all the light fixtures in the home, especially the aqua Arteriors chandelier in the bathroom! It doesn't hurt to dream, right?! Located Gulf-front in picturesque Miramar Beach, Florida, this gorgeous home was captured by Erin Parker, owner of Emerald Coast Real Estate Photography. I can't ever get enough beachy neutral hues and this home is filled with them! They really let the view speak for itself...that water is incredible! Love all the natural textures too! This Naples, Florida home is definitely oh-my-goodness kind of gorgeous! Brought to us by interior designer Lisa Kahn of Kahn Design Group, Tradewind Designs–a custom cabinetry design firm, and Windover Construction, the waterfront home photographed by Lori Hamilton is luxe-living at its best, but still relaxed and inviting. Must be something to do with the beautifully serene color palette and comfy furnishings! Love the sea-inspired hues and chic coastal touches that nod to the incredible view just outside!
