Bonesteel Trout Hall

There is something undeniably captivating in every interior by Bonesteel Trout Hall, the Southern California design firm founded by Heidi Bonesteel, Michele Trout and Jill Hall. Maybe it's their trademark "California look", which focuses on color, natural materials and a relaxed, whimsical style. Whatever is is, these girls have 'it', and I always love everything that they create...this incredible home photographed beautifully by Karyn Millet is no exception! My favorite space here is the family room bursting with color and warmth! But I am in love with the dining room too...those chairs! Echelon Custom Homes

Dream bathroom alert! Echelon Custom Homes hit it out of the ballpark with this gem! Not sure I could ask for anything more...plenty of storage, a dreamy paint color ("Spa" from Sherwin-Williams), pretty tile, a luxe soaking tub and tons of light pouring in! Joel Dessaules Design

Have any of you seen House Hunters Renovation on HGTV?? The featured designer on the show is Joel Dessaules, designer of this hip California home photographed by Scott Van Dyke! You know a home was designed for fun when the materials and textiles can withstand family, pets and wet swimsuits! The pool courtyard is my favorite, reminds me of a glam Slim Aarons photograph. Bahama Mama & Banana Cabana

I don't know about you, but the reason I love turquoise so much is undoubtedly because it reminds me of the ocean. So I'm loving these two homes, Bahama Mama and its guest cottage Banana Cabana, located on Carillon Beach, Florida mainly for their jaw-dropping views and gentle reminders of the stunning colors outside! Who needs a lot of turquoise inside when you have loads of windows and a  Gulf view like that?! The turquoise shutters are absolutely darling though!!! Olive Interiors

I'm so happy it's Friday, and even happier it's Memorial Day weekend–the official start to summer! I thought this charismatic home designed by Leigh Olive Mowry, principal of Atlanta-based Olive Interiors, was the perfect way to kick off the fun! Photographed here by Emily Jenkins Followill, the kicky pops of color and pattern bring so much energy and personality to the space! Fabulous artwork, gorgeous fabrics, beautiful furniture...it really doesn't get yummier than this! I have to say the office is my favorite...pretty much my dream work space right there!
